Position: Top Aces Technical Training Instructor Role
Join Top Aces as a Technical Standards and Training Instructor, specializing in military readiness training and compliance. This critical role focuses on leading the training and integration of new employees within a safety-first environment.

As a part of the Top Aces team, you will develop and improve the Maintenance Training System while collaborating with various departments to uphold safety and operational standards. Your engagement will include training technicians on maintenance methods, ensuring correct procedures, and providing recurrent training sessions. Cultivating a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement will be central to your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and integrate new employees effectively

• Develop training programs and monitor qualification progress

• Act as a mentor for technician training on software use

• Facilitate training on ground support equipment

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years experience with Top Aces

• Heavy maintenance experience on operational platforms beneficial

• Transport Canada AME license an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Aircraft Maintenance Software

• Strong communication and mentorship skills
