Banner - University Medical Group, one of the country’s premier non‑profit healthcare networks, is actively interviewing for an Adult Outpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our highly trained team. We are seeking a team member who will work collaboratively yet independently with a diverse patient panel and provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care for patients living with psychiatric conditions. The position is located within the Department of Psychiatry at Banner University Medical Center – Tucson.

Our medical team is supported by medical assistants. The qualified candidates must be passionate about providing patient and family‑focused behavioral health care, working collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists and psychologists, and be excited to work in an academic medical center with the opportunity to train future healthcare providers.

• Conduct 60‑minute intake and 30‑minute follow‑up visits; adequate time with each patient.
• Practice independently under the scope of the nurse practitioner physician’s collaboration.
• Provide care for a diverse patient panel.
• Work Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM‑5:00 PM; no weekends, no on‑call duty, with some telehealth option (1–2 days/week).

• Certified PMHNP with DEA license.
• At least two years of experience.
