Automotive Service Advisor

Join the team at Haddad Subaru of St. Albans as an Automotive Service Advisor, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the automotive service department. This position offers a dynamic work environment in St. Albans, VT, with competitive compensation ranging from $90,000.00 to $ per year, paid weekly. As a vital link between our customers and technicians, you will ensure every vehicle receives the highest level of care and communication throughout the service process.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a friendly and trustworthy rapport.
• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs.
• Write repair orders and assist with scheduling and parts ordering.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status and timelines.
• Work closely with the service technicians to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of services and interactions for follow-up and accountability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Experience with Tekion DMS is a plus

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
