Job DescriptionDean of Students for grades K-4, immediately available. This is a one‑year, full‑time position. The role involves managing student culture, academic success, restorative discipline, and accountability structures within a PK‑8 school setting.
Pay scale based on education/licensing and experience. Salary range: $54,700 – $90,450 per year.
Qualifications- BA/BS required; master’s in education or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Educator license required.
- Preferred certifications:
Handle with Care trainer, LSCI – Life Space Crisis Intervention. - Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
