Product and Innovation Engineering Manager

Location: St Albans, Vermont – Full Time

Manage end‑to‑end delivery of innovation and technology projects for the Ice Cream brands, including project planning, execution, commissioning, and ramp‑up. Projects will be based in St Albans and Waterbury, Vermont. The role may focus on a single large project or a portfolio of smaller projects, with responsibility for stakeholder engagement, contractor management, project safety, and budget oversight.

• Deliver capital projects on time and within budget, while ensuring safety and adherence to Magnum IC standards.
• Design, execute, commission, and ramp‑up projects covering innovation and technology improvements.
• Lead engineering and construction management teams, drawing resources from local, regional, global, and third‑party teams.
• Ensure the capital program meets projected quarterly spend, that projects are capitalized on time, and that projects do not exceed budget.
• Act as site EEM pillar lead, ensuring all projects follow the UMS EEM methodology for end‑to‑end execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align project scope, timelines, impact, and milestones.
• Provide estimates, options assessment, and technical support for projects.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, equipment, and safety standards.
• Run capacity, quality, safety, infrastructure, and cost‑saving initiatives as needed.

• 8+ years’ experience in project engineering, preferably within FMCG.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a people or project management role.
• Professional engineering skills and strong project delivery experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Pay range: $103,000 – $154,400 annually.
• Bonus eligible.
