• Provide licensed nursing assistance to patients in a clinical setting.
• Assist with daily living activities and maintain patient comfort and safety.
• Document patient progress and report changes to supervising clinicians.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are consistently observed.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
• Follow care plans and use established pipelines to track patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care and transitions.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to territory or unit performance metrics.
• Maintain a high level of professional development and pursue advancement opportunities.
• Engage in feedback loops to improve care quality and service delivery.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transport as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and restock supplies for designated area.

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in applicable state.
• Provide bedside nursing assistance and daily living activities for patients.
• Document patient progress and report changes to supervising clinician promptly.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, including PPE usage.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
• Follow care plans and use clinical pipelines to track outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for seamless patient care transitions.
• Achieve performance targets and contribute to unit/territory metrics.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities.
• Engage in feedback loops to improve care quality and service delivery.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transport as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and restock designated area supplies.
