MES Engineer
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a MES Engineer for their Saint Albans, VT location. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining MES recipes using Rockwell, optimizing recipes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance, supporting MES deployments, including testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities, collaborating with IT, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align MES with process requirements, providing production support and resolving MES-related issues, and maintaining documentation and support validation/compliance activities.
Requirements include FTPS knowledge preferred, minimum 1 year of MES experience, preferably with Rockwell MES, experience with recipe/workflow authoring and system configuration, understanding of manufacturing processes and batch operations, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Food & Beverage, etc.), familiarity with validation (CSV) and GMP requirements, knowledge of Rockwell automation systems (PLC, SCADA), strong communication and collaboration, detail-oriented with a focus on quality, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
