Your mission

Run blending and extrusion processes to craft precise thermoplastic compounds

Confirm item and lot numbers and quantities before every runLog production information accurately and legibly

Keep the line clean, organized, and audit-ready

Champion safety for yourself and your team Where and when you’ll work

Core opening: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:00 PMVoluntary overtime when you want it Shift differentials to recognize your schedule

Additional roles on second and third shifts for blending and machine operation

Must be 18 years of age or older

Solid basic math Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
