Position Summary
We are seeking an adaptable and clinical Travel LPN for a 13-week assignment in the "Furniture Capital of the World," High Point, NC. This position is ideal for a traveler looking for a consistent full-time schedule in a bustling healthcare hub located right between Greensboro and Winston-Salem.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence:
Administer medications, provide wound care, and execute physician-ordered treatments with precision.
Patient Monitoring:
Perform routine physical assessments and monitor for changes in status, ensuring timely communication with the RN and medical team.
Care Coordination:
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for a diverse patient population.
Accurate Reporting:
Utilize the facility’s EMR system to document all treatments, medications, and patient interactions according to North Carolina state regulations.
Requirements
Licensure:
Active North Carolina (NC) LPN License or a valid Compact/Multi-State License.
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical experience (LTC, SNF, or Rehab preferred).
Certifications:
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Traveler Profile:
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and hit the ground running with minimal orientation.
