- Late Room: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Call Frequency: 1 call shift per week
- Response Time: 30 minutes
- Active Vermont CRNA License REQUIRED
- DEA Required

- Supervision Model:
60% supervision - Daily Coverage:
- 3 CRNAs
- 2 MDs
- Total ORs: 5
- Spinals
- Blocks
