CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Position

Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure residents’ hygiene, comfort, and safety while supporting staff with basic clinical duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility policies.
• Support medication administration as directed by licensed nursing personnel.
• Ensure residents' comfort by addressing their physical and emotional needs.
• Follow infection control protocols and wear identification badges at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Proven ability to work reliably in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple resident needs effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute locally.
• Must provide a valid government-issued  proof of COVID-19 vaccination or applicable exemption.
