CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and efficient caregiving services in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Support residents with daily activities to promote well-being and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with staff and residents to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to facility policies and report any unusual health developments.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid CNA certification or license.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have reliable transportation to attend shifts regularly.
• Be able to pass a background check and health screening.
• Complete required immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
