CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Assist patients in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities by providing essential caregiving services under the supervision of nursing staff. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity through attentive and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patients with assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support patient mobility and transfer needs using proper techniques and equipment.
• Observe and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Follow care plans and administered treatments as instructed by healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, including s and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification recognized by state or federal licensing boards.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate reliable transportation for shift requirements.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care approach.
• Ability to complete necessary vaccination documentation or approved exemptions.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and adapt to shift schedules.
