CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide bedside care and assistance to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support patient needs under the supervision of nursing staff to promote comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document resident care activities accurately and promptly.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
• Support team members to deliver compassionate and patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license or certification required.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
• Demonstrate dependability and professionalism in all duties.
• Own reliable transportation to and from the facility.
• Must bring a state or federal issued  wear a photo badge at all times.
