CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide essential patient care within a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Support resident well-being through compassionate assistance and adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and documentation as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Comply with facility protocols, including identification and badge policies.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training requirements.
• Follow all COVID-19 safety and vaccination policies.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid CNA license and valid state or federal .
• Demonstrate reliable transportation and the ability to work every other weekend.
• Have completed the required COVID-19 vaccination or obtained an approved exemption.
• Exhibit strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
