Job Summary:

Provide essential healthcare assistance to patients in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being through compassionate support and basic care duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans to deliver personalized patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Comply with facility policies and infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Wear identification badges and carry appropriate  all times during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Demonstrate understanding of resident care procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members.
• Must have completed the required COVID-19 vaccination or have valid exemption documentation.
• Exhibit compassionate, patient-centered care skills.
