CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Assist elderly and disabled residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, providing essential personal care and support to promote their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Administer basic patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, including vital signs and observations.
• Assist with mobility exercises and repositioning to prevent bedsores.
• Support physicians and nursing staff in implementing care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents.
• Follow facility policies regarding infection control and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license or certification in the state of practice.
• Proven experience working with elderly or disabled populations in LTC or SNF settings.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Knowledge of infection control practices, including COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Must bring a valid government-issued  wear a photo badge at all times.
