Job Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Facility: Genesis Northeast Region (St Albans Health & Rehab)
Assignment Dates: October 16, 2026 January 7, 2027
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Evenings (3:00 PM 11:30 PM)

Hours:
40 Hours/Week
Pay: $50/hr
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow facility policies and infection control standards.
- Active LPN License (VT or Compact License if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work evening shifts and complete a 13-week assignment
