Senior Specialist MES Recipe Author – 1st Shift

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the site MES recipe/workflow process.
• Create and maintain MES master data.
• Collaborate with operations, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to support and maintain MES interfaces with other automated functions (e.g., SAP, LIMS, Historian).
• Initiate, revise, and validate MES functions for operations, and support all validation documents required for operations.
• Provide support for MES system functions related to E  recipes, workflows, and master data.
• Develop and/or revise MES procedures to comply with current GMPs and quality compliance.
• Support audits and periodic reviews of the system regarding E  recipes, workflows, and master data per Viаtris policies.
• Provide and support MES end‑user training, ensuring compliance with all applicable procedures and regulations.

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2–4 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read and follow oral and written instructions and complete associated documentation.
• Initiative and strong interpersonal relationships, able to make decisions aligned with company policies and values.
• Computer literacy and technical abilities, including functional testing and documentation preparation.
• Attention to detail and the ability to interpret instructions in electronic records, manufacturing orders, procedures, qualification, and validation protocols.
• Basic arithmetic skills related to the position’s requirements.

Salary range: $55,000 – $105,000, which may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
