Job Overview

Hourly Wage: $21 - $34 per hour. Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

• Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs.
• After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure that clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
