Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!
What You’ll Do- Take the lead to promote a top‑notch, high‑quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
- Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk‑through presentations.
- Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
- Follow up and commit to a no‑pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
The Role
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate is preferred.
- Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
- Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
The total compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. New RV Salespersons outside of California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine will receive a base hourly rate equal to $20.00 per hour plus flat commissions. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
