Job Description Summary

Inside Sales Representative

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
• Act as the company’s front line of contact with the customer, understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

$19.91 - 23.64 per hour (starting rate may vary by location, education, training, and/or experience).
