Location: St. Albans
Job Overview
The Role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby, educating them and assisting with transactions via self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position requires accurate and efficient cash handling and deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Engage clients in the lobby and guide them through self‑service transactions.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to uphold risk culture and operational excellence.
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with small business, lending, and investment experts to grow business knowledge and network.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
- Drive the overall client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Strong collaborator, building and nurturing relationships.

- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Minimum six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).
