Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative – Nucar Automall of St Albans

We are looking to hire a full‑time Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. This role offers an annual salary range of $65,000 to $125,000+ and generous benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid holidays, paid sick time, paid vacation, company‑paid life insurance, and paid training.

Day in the Life

As an Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative, you will sell and lease new and used vehicles at one of our dealerships. You greet customers, explain vehicle features, financing and leasing options, prepare and submit paperwork, and follow up on prospects. You maintain industry knowledge, meet and exceed sales, gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction targets, and participate in a healthy team competition.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and remember federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
  • Understanding of equity, values, and ability to explain depreciation to customers
  • 1–2 years sales experience required; 2+ years preferred
Work Schedule

The schedule for this full‑time position typically involves 40+ hours per week over five days, including weekends and holidays.
