Inside Sales Representative

Sunbelt Rentals seeks an inside sales representative responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with equipment rentals. The position serves as the company’s front‑line contact, understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction through a professional attitude.

• Understand customer equipment requirements.
• Negotiate and place orders via phone or in‑person.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and order processing.
• Provide customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

May require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as needed.

$19.91 – $23.64 per hour.
