Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell agricultural, light construction, and other equipment to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Demonstrate equipment features and answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
  • Prepare and present price quotes, sales contracts, and order forms; negotiate contract details and payment terms.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to provide support and resolve any issues.
  • Identify prospective customers through business directories, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct cold calls and on-site visits to current and potential customers.
  • Monitor market trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and managing expense accounts.
  • Coordinate equipment set-up and deliveries with the service department.
  • Train customers employees on the operation and maintenance of new equipment as needed.
  • Attend training sessions as required by vendors and the company.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work area and company vehicle, including daily call logs and mileage records.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
