NFI-St. Albans WRAP is looking for an energetic, empathetic, patient, and nurturing case manager to join our team of skilled mental health professionals! You must be motivated to help children and families make positive changes in their lives and have prior experience working with youth and/or families in the fields of Social Work, Psychology, or Education. A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required.
This position involves providing treatment-based activities to clients in a variety of community and home-based settings. A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required.

- Must have personal life experience as a parent or caregiver of at-risk child(ren).
- High School Diploma, General Equivalency Degree or higher.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a changing environment.
- Experience working with families/children involved with the juvenile justice system, dependency court system, child welfare system.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to relate to a culturally diverse clientele and professional colleagues.
- Possession of a valid Vermont driver’s license, and utilization of their personal vehicle.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Familiar with Windows operations system, MS WORD, EXCEL, email, etc.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
This position is 40 hours per week with a pay range of $21-$23 p/hour and offers a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement.
