And are you looking to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals? Join our Basic Needs Program in Burlington at the Drop-In Center as a Youth Coach. All Spectrum staff, including Youth Coaches, are expected to participate in regular and ongoing supervision and training to best serve the youth we work with
The hours are Saturday – Tuesday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, and Wednesday 2:00 – 6:00 pm for thisfull time nonexempt position, which pays $21.63 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential for weekend hours. In this role, you are an important part of the Drop-In community! Youth Coaches are some of the first people to help young adults facing hardship in our community. Youth Coaches help Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) ages 14-25 gain access to food, shelter, stability, take steps to heal from trauma, accomplish your goals and build meaningful community.
