Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Join our team as a Youth Coach in the Youth Shelter! In this awake overnight role, you’ll be a beacon of hope and stability for youth aged 18-24, helping them achieve their goals and heal from past trauma.
As a vital part of our shelter community, you’ll support youth in everything from job and housing searches to life skills development. You’ll foster a safe and engaging environment while maintaining clear communication with staff and ensuring accurate documentation.
If you have a passion for youth development and/or a background in working with at-risk youth, we want to hear from you! This is a full time overnight position, Monday – Friday 1:30 am – 9:30 am, with an hourly wage of $21.63 + a $4.00 shift differential. This position also offers a robust benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance;
