Location: St. Albans
Pathways Vermont is seeking a Family Supportive Housing Services Coordinator to help individuals and families exiting homelessness by providing housing and service coordination. This in-person role is based in Franklin County, VT, 35–40 hours per week, 3 open positions, supervised by the Regional Services Manager.
