Responsibilities- Position involves safely picking up and delivering local freight, with guaranteed home daily, weekends, and holidays.
- Operating commercial vehicles responsibly, maintaining compliance records, handling hazardous materials per federal guidelines, and conducting vehicle inspections.
- Engaging professionally with customers and ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
- Valid CDL-A license, at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record, and passing a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Preferred endorsements include tanker and hazmat, which must be obtained within 90 days.
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid time off; 401(k) matching; safety and holiday bonuses; overtime; and opportunities for pay increases after 90 days.
- Consistent home time, weekends, and holidays off, with a modern fleet and potential for overtime. Candidates must pass a driving test and consent to background checks.
