Our client, a leading West Virginia-based heavy civil and highway contractor building roads, bridges, and water/wastewater treatment infrastructure across West Virginia and the surrounding states, is hiring a Project Manager.

• Manage heavy civil projects - highway, bridge, and treatment-plant work - from award through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project financials
• Work with DOT and public owners on submittals, change management, and pay applications
• Partner with superintendents and field crews to hit accelerated schedules safely

• Project management experience in heavy civil, highway, or bridge construction
• Command of public-works contract administration (state DOT experience preferred)
• Strong scheduling, cost-control, and owner-relationship skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience

• A respected regional heavy-civil contractor with a deep public-infrastructure backlog
• Competitive compensation depending on experience, with room to grow into senior project leadership
