Are you a Senior Civil Engineer looking to take ownership of challenging projects from concept through to completion? My client is seeking a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing team, offering the opportunity to work on diverse schemes, develop your leadership skills, and play a key role in project delivery.

You’ll have the chance to lead technically challenging projects, mentor junior engineers, work closely with clients, and contribute to sustainable engineering solutions within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Deliver civil engineering projects from inception through to handover.
• Develop design concepts and undertake detailed designs using Civil 3D and other industry‑standard software.
• Manage project scopes, programmes, and fees.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Carry out design reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Oversee technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Conduct site visits and prepare technical reports.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered status or working towards ICE chartership.
• Experience with Civil 3D, drainage design software, and related design packages.
• Strong knowledge of drainage, highways, levels, and surface design.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• A commitment to delivering high‑quality and sustainable engineering solutions.
