O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Promote company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).;
Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.;
Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.;
Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer Low-Price Guarantee.;
Process exchanges and returns per policy; handle cash drawer and credit card transactions.;
Address customer complaints amicably and support daily store operations (stocking, planogram updates).;
Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
