New Graduate Nurses Welcome! Our renowned 16-week Labor & Birth Nurse Residency Program is designed to help you transition successfully from student nurse to professional RN through immersive learning, mentorship, and hands-on clinical experience.

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care

• Utilize diagnostic, laboratory, and fetal monitoring data

• Support professional growth through ongoing education and certifications
• Serve as a patient advocate while promoting exceptional outcomes

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN License or eligibility for licensure in the state of Missouri
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
