HRIS Operations Specialist

• Conduct initial assessments and investigations of system and operational issues
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business request resolutions
• Provide support for standard reporting, transactional loads, and data integrity audits
• Respond on a 24/7 on-call basis to address application issues professionally

• Bachelor(s) Degree in Information Technology required
• 1-3 years of professional HR or related experience in a clinical/hospital business support role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Bachelor(s) Degree in Human Resources preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Experience with HCM applications
• Meeting facilitation skills
• Collaboration experience with IT and HR partners
