Valor Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Audit, balance and report on cash and credit operations for food and beverage outlets, and front desk activities to ensure accuracy and proper cash handling.;
Reconcile cashier’s reports with the restaurant system each night and post unresolved tickets from the day shifts.;
Maintain and post a daily balance of all house accounts, including running preliminary reconciliations and final reports.;
Balance, audit and report on room charges, calls, deposits, taxes, and related revenue streams to ensure accuracy.;
Transmit credit card batches and run night audit final; act as hotel system liaison during night hours.
