Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

Are you a Controller or Senior Accounting professional with 5+ years of construction accounting experience ready to take ownership of a company’s financial operations?

This is a high-impact opportunity to join an established construction organization where you’ll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to drive financial accuracy, reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making!

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in construction — GC or subcontractor.
• Strong cost accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP & financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and construction accounting software experience.
• Experience with $15M+ annual construction companies strongly preferred.
• CPA/CMA preferred.

• Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger & Tax functions.
• Lead financial reporting and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage annual audits and work directly with external auditors.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and budget-vs.
  
  -actual analysis.
• Provide financial analysis to support company-wide strategic planning.
• Partner with Project Managers & Operations on construction financials.
