This position is equal parts hospitality, sales, and community-building. You'll be the first face patients see when they walk through our door — and the reason many of them keep coming back. You'll help people understand the life-changing value of consistent chiropractic care, guide them into the right membership plan, and keep our clinic running smoothly every shift.
You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate with commission tied to membership sales, so strong performers are rewarded for their results. And as a team member, you’ll have access to free chiropractic care — because we believe in what we do.
NOTE:
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone with at least one year of sales or customer-facing experience who is ready to hit the ground running.
- Welcome members and new patients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Present and sell wellness memberships and visit packages with confidence
- Guide patients through check-in and manage clinic flow efficiently
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and memberships
- Re‑engage lapsed members and follow up on open leads
- Educate patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic care
- Support local marketing efforts and community outreach events
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and patient‑ready at all times
- Keep management informed of patient concerns and member feedback
- At least 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable using point‑of‑sale software and basic computer tools
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping others
- A team player who brings positive energy to every shift
- Marketing or community outreach experience is a plus
