Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Project Management Team & Operations Team in the overall success of our multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This person will report directly to the Vice President of Estimating & Project Management.

- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily logs. Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
- Budget Tracking: Assist the Project Management Team with tracking project budgets, costs, and schedules. Help prepare financial reports and forecasts as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Team Support: Support the Project Management Team in leading project meetings and collaborating with team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in construction or project management.
- Experience in FDOT/Public work is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is desirable.
- Experience with B2W Track or HCSS Heavy Job is a plus.
