As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will strategically oversee all phases of construction for multi‑phase developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. This includes comprehensive management of scheduling, permitting, vendor coordination, and site execution. You will serve as the primary liaison, driving seamless communication and alignment among the field team, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders from pre‑construction to final closeout.
Qualifications- Excellent leadership, written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with relevant construction technology.
- Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily Construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management.
- Review development design documents, prepare and receive building permits.
- Coordinate with local AHJ and utility companies.
- Develop contracts for subcontractors, general contractors, and purchase orders.
- Oversee project financials – manage project draw process and prepare monthly pay applications.
- Act with integrity, supporting the company and meeting/exceeding internal requirements and expectations.
- Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
- Complete materials “take‑off”, establish cost estimates, cost comparisons, and develop/tracking material procurement schedule.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property management, subcontractors, and related vendors.
- Review project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine time frames, budgets, and procedures for accomplishing the project.
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and with superior quality and safety.
