As our Front Desk Agent, you'll be the friendly face that sets the tone for our guests' entire stay. You won't just be checking people in – you'll be the ambassador of our resort, the local expert who helps visitors discover hidden gems, and the problem-solver who ensures every vacation moment is perfect from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and handle efficient check-in/check-out processes
  • Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately
  • Provide knowledgeable information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests both in person and via phone
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle special requests and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Manage the multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently
  • Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Support resort security procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications:
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive demeanor
  • Computer proficiency with ability to learn property management systems
  • Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
