We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!

As the receptionist/concierge for our busy office, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Answer and manage a busy multi-line phone system
• Data Entry, verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors and other team members
  
  Schedule and confirm appointments.

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
