Associate Optometrist – Full-Time – Lens Crafters, Store #002278

• Provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients.

• Work within the practice of a Lens Crafters subleasing optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

• Operate an independent vision practice model while collaborating with the subleasing doctor.

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry with a valid state license.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a subleasing physician.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the subleasing doctor
• Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; many use the latest Clarifye digital eye examination technology
• Access to the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System with full tech and pre‑testing support
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system
