Primary Care Physician (MD / DO)
Moultrie, Florida
Full-Time
$200K–$275K DOE
A growing healthcare provider is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care across a diverse patient population. This role offers the opportunity to manage both acute and chronic conditions while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full-scope primary care services, including preventative care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed history-taking and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, developing individualized care plans
- Order, interpret, and act on laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications and treatment regimens, ensuring safe and effective use
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventative strategies, and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, ensuring continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR system
- Adhere to clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and ongoing training where required
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted state medical license
- Completion of accredited residency program
- 1–3+ years post-residency experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage complex and diverse patient cases
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Ability to work both independently and within a team-based care model
