• Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Feel a sense of accomplishment from children’s laughter and wonder when participating in your planned activities.
• Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum.
• Communicate with parents daily through mobile apps, personal discussions, and other avenues.
• Engage with other childcare professionals and continue growing professionally.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Successfully completed state‑required pre‑service training.
• Develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multitasking to ensure smooth school operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., including handling of infants into and out of a crib for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers.
• Meet background check eligibility.

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
