Early Childhood Educator Sports Coach

Range $20 - $28 per hour

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We coach out of more than 150 locations around Northern and Central Florida with more than 10,000 children enrolled annually.

• Safely manage a class of up to 16 children
• Implement a curriculum focusing on skill and character development
• Arrive on time at your locations
• Provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families by engaging and communicating with them
• Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
• Go home knowing you made a difference
• Willingness to drive up to 30 minutes to a preschool, elementary, or local park

• Reliable transportation; personal vehicle (car, truck, or SUV)
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S., including passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
• Must be 18 to pass a DCF Level 2 background Check (Florida statutes)

Starting coaching schedules typically range from 8 to 15 hours, aligned with the possible working hours below.

Monday through Friday 12 pm - 6:30 pm

Saturdays 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
