Comments to applicant: An Extended Day Aide should have a genuine interest in working with children. While prior childcare experience is not required, experience in schools, daycare centers, or youth programs is beneficial.
Candidates must be able to supervise students effectively and ensure their safety at all times while maintaining a positive and structured environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate well with teachers and other staff members.
