UF Health is seeking a dedicated RN Educator responsible for developing and implementing clinical education programs for Flagler Hospital employees and the community. The role includes the design of orientation and training modules while assessing training needs and evaluating education outcomes.
An ideal candidate will have 3 years of clinical nursing experience, a BSN (or commitment to obtain one within one year), and a strong background in clinical education program development. Active FL Nursing License and Basic Life Support certification are required.
