MS​/HS Math Teacher

Overview

We are currently looking for a MS/HS Math teacher for the  school year. The role is in a Christ-centered educational environment in America’s oldest and most beautiful city, employing innovative, next-generation technology. If you’re seeking a calling, this may be a fit.

Beacon of Hope Christian School exists to instill in students a Christ-centered education for students in K5-12th grade. We have a dedicated team of staff that is loving and nurturing, and desire to add to that. Our desire is to influence the world with the Gospel. We have sent students to college and have alumni involved in ministry, education, law enforcement, the military, health care, and other fields that are changing our world for the positive.

• Have a passion for working with students from diverse backgrounds
• Be able to integrate learning for students at the middle and high school level specifically in the field of Math (course load will include a combination of MS/HS Math and Electives)

• At least a bachelor’s degree
• Ministry or educational experience preferred
• Ability to work with computers including knowledge of online systems such as the G-Suite

• Starting salary at $28,700 per 41 week contracted year
